1. Is there a unified reference data for the performance of carbon fiber products?

The specificity of the finished product is high. Generally, manufacturers of carbon fiber composite products do not have excess finished products in stock. Therefore, it must be customized according to the detailed drawings or real samples provided by the customer.

Not all carbon fiber products need to open molds. In some products with complex designs and high performance requirements, especially in the case of a large number of customizations, molds are required. Moreover, the production process of carbon fiber composite products is different, such as molding, vacuum autoclave, etc. Whether or not the mold needs to be opened is still to be judged according to the product drawings.

4. Are carbon fiber composite products toxic?

5.Are the carbon fiber composite products all black with woven texture?

The color and texture of carbon fiber composite products can be customized. The direction of the texture is determined by the design of the pre-layup. The default initial color is black. 6. What is the difference between thermoset carbon fiber composite material and thermoplastic carbon fiber composite material?

Thermosetting carbon fiber composite materials tend to have a curing agent's role in curing and molding. Thermoplastic carbon fiber composite products mainly rely on cooling to achieve shaping.

Thermoplastic carbon fiber composite materials are not widely used in thermosetting carbon fiber composite materials. The main reason is that they are expensive and are generally used in high-end industries.

The thermosetting carbon fiber composite material is difficult to recycle due to the limitation of the resin matrix itself, and it is generally not considered; the thermoplastic carbon fiber composite material can be recycled, and it can be produced twice as long as it is heated to a certain temperature.
